Ameer Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that Islam is the religion of peace and it has nothing to do with terrorism.
Addressing the centennial celebrations congregation of JUI in Azakhel area of district Nowshera on Sunday afternoon, he stressed the need that foreign forces should vacate Muslims’ soil especially Kashmir and Palestine for restoration of world peace.
He also asked the international community to work for restoration of peace in Syria.
Addressing the congregation, Deputy Chairman Senate Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri urged the people to foil the conspiracies against the motherland.
He said the past dictatorial regimes have damaged the national institutions.
Addressing the congregation, Chairman Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party Mahmood Khan Achakzai stressed the need for collective efforts to eliminate the menace of terrorism.
